How much does SpendCue cost?
One flat monthly price per company with every feature included — no per-seat fees, no tiers, no add-ons. The exact rate is announced at launch, and founding customers lock it in. During the beta, SpendCue is free for 30 days with no credit card.
Do you charge per user?
No. You pay one flat price for your company whether five people use SpendCue or twenty-five. Requesters, approvers, and finance all count the same: included.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, full product, no credit card. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends, because we never asked for a card.
What happens when the beta ends?
Founding customers lock in the launch rate. You will see the price before you pay anything — there is no card on file, so you cannot be charged without explicitly subscribing.
Do I need a corporate card program or an ERP?
No. SpendCue approves and tracks spend before it happens, so it works with your existing bank, cards, and accounting process. Setup takes about five minutes.
What if my team is bigger?
