SpendCue vs Procurify (2026)

Procurify is a spend-management platform for mid-market companies — spending cards, AP automation, and a sales team to scope your rollout. SpendCue gives growing teams purchase requests, approvals, orders, and budgets at one flat price you can read without booking a demo. Here’s an honest look at where each one fits.

The short version

Choose Procurify if you’re a mid-market company that wants spending cards, AP automation, and accounting integrations in one platform — and you have the budget and timeline for a quoted contract and an implementation project.

Choose SpendCue if you’re a growing team that wants every purchase requested, approved, and tracked this week: one flat monthly price, no per-seat fees, no card program, and nothing to implement.

Pricing

Two very different pricing models

Neither tool is expensive or cheap in the abstract — they’re structured differently. Here’s each model as the vendors themselves describe it.

Fit

Who’s the better fit

Procurify is the better fit if…

  • You’re mid-market with a finance team that wants procurement, AP, and expenses in one platform
  • Spending cards and bill payment matter as much as purchase approvals
  • You need native accounting integrations today, not on a roadmap
  • You have the budget and patience for a quoted contract and a guided implementation

SpendCue is the better fit if…

  • You’re a growing team buying its first real PO tool — moving off email and spreadsheets
  • You want a price you can read and a setup you can do yourself, today
  • You want approvals and budgets that are actually enforced, without an ERP project
  • You don’t want a corporate card program just to get purchase control

One flat price, published in the open

Every feature, every user — no per-seat fees, no implementation fee, no quote to chase.

FAQ

SpendCue vs Procurify, asked directly

01.

How much does Procurify cost?

Procurify doesn’t publish prices. As of July 2026 its pricing page describes “flexible pricing based on features and support needs” and asks you to talk to its team. A one-time implementation fee is charged based on use cases and the integrations required, and accounts payable, contracts, and expense/card capabilities are add-ons on top of the core platform.

02.

How much does SpendCue cost?

One flat monthly price per company — every feature, every user, no per-seat fees, no user minimums, and no implementation fee. During the beta it’s free for 30 days with no credit card, and founding customers lock their rate at launch. The details are on our pricing page.

03.

Does SpendCue integrate with QuickBooks or Xero?

Not yet — accounting sync is on our roadmap. Today teams export requests, purchase orders, and reports to CSV, Excel, or PDF and carry those into their accounting workflow. If a native sync is a hard requirement right now, Procurify is ahead of us here — we’d rather tell you that than have you find out mid-trial.

04.

Do I need a corporate card program for purchase control?

No. SpendCue controls spend before it happens — a purchase is requested, routed for approval, and checked against budgets before any money moves, however you pay. Card-led platforms control the payment; SpendCue controls the decision.

05.

How long does it take to get started with SpendCue?

The same day. Create a company, invite your team, set an approval chain, and approve your first request — there’s no implementation project and no sales call. The first 30 days are free, no credit card.
